Use of Our Services:

Our platform is solely for the purpose of creating indoor vector maps and navigation experiences. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to use and upload any content that you provide to us. You agree not to use our services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

Client Content:

We only map what is provided by our clients. You retain all rights, title and interest in and to any content that you provide to us. We provide the option for clients to distribute their maps and content to websites, APIs, SDKs, and to the LazarilloApp(https://lazarillo.app/privacy) for navigation purposes, if the client wishes to do so.

Customer may use the SDKs or APIs to create Value-Added Applications and distribute and license those Value-Added Applications to its end users to use anywhere not prohibited under applicable export regulation

Accessing the services:

Lazarillo may also establish and require from time to time additional or different means of identification and authentication for logging in and accessing the Services or for accessing certain features or designated sections of the Services.

Your log-in details are your responsibility. You are fully accountable for any use or misuse of your Account and personal details as a result of conveying your details to someone else. You must maintain your log-in details in absolute confidentiality and avoid disclosing them to others.

Access Restrictions:

We respect the privacy of our clients and restrict access to their maps according to their requirements. However, if the client chooses to distribute their maps and content to third-party platforms, we cannot guarantee the security and privacy of the information on those platforms. You agree not to access or use any maps that you are not authorized to access.

Analytics of Use:

We may collect analytics data related to your use of our platform and services, including the API and maps. This information is used to improve our platform and services and is not linked to any personally identifiable information. By using our platform and services, you consent to the collection and use of analytics data.

Intellectual Property:

We own all intellectual property rights in our platform and services. You may not use, copy, modify, distribute or reproduce any of our intellectual property without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability:

We make no warranties, express or implied, with respect to our platform and services. We will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of our services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without notice. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of any modified terms.

Meta-Data we collect

Lazarillo collects information about the use of the Services.  For example, Lazarillo may record the frequency and scope of your use of the Services, the duration of your sessions, information about the device on which you access the Application, information that you read, content that you use or create, sections that you view or click on, the Internet protocol (IP) address and the name of the domain that serve you to access the Services, and the geographic location of the computer system that you are using to log-in. In a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Use of your information:

We use your information to provide our services to you, to communicate with you about our services, and to improve our platform. We may share your information with third-party platforms if you choose to distribute your maps and content. We will not share your information with any other third parties except as required by law.

Lazarillo considers information security to be a top priority. Lazarillo implements systems, applications and procedures to secure your personal information, to minimize the risks of theft, damage, loss of information, or unauthorized access or misuse of information. However, we cannot guarantee the security of your information on third-party platforms.

Lazarillo may use cookies on the Services. Cookies are packets of information sent by the Website’s servers to your web browser and then sent back by the browser each time it accesses the Website’s servers.

Lazarillo may use cookies for various purposes, such as to save you the need to re-enter your username and password each time you log-in, to facilitate the use of the Website, to collect statistical information, to verify information, and to customize the Website to your personal preferences and for information security purposes.

Request DATA Deletion:

If you want to delete your account in Lazarillo and your data Lazarillo had collect on your interaction you can request this to delete@lazarillo.app using the email account of your account, our support team will validate the inquiry and after 30 days your account and data link to your account will be delete. Aggregate data may be keep but not linked to the user account.

Changes to policy:

Lazarillo may from time to time change the terms of this Privacy Policy. Substantial changes will take effect 30 days after Lazarillo has posted a:

• system message to users notifying them of changes to the Privacy Policy; and
• notification on the Website’s homepage with the new Privacy Policy.

Other changes will take effect 7 days after their initial posting on the Website. However, if Lazarillo amends this Privacy Policy to comply with legal requirements, the amendments will become effective immediately upon their initial posting, or as required.

You agree to be bound by any of the changes made in the terms of this Privacy Policy. Continuing to use the Services will indicate your acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with any of the amended terms, you must avoid any further use of the Services.
