Lazarillo partners with tier to further increase safety and improve communication between people with disabilities and micromobility operators
Tier has integrated its services with the Lazarillo app to allow people who are blind or visually impaired to be given audible messages in real time when they approach Tier e-scooter parking locations, and report poorly parked e-scooters directly to Tier using the Lazarillo app. This partnership makes it easier for people with disabilities to make their voices heard and communicate with micromobility operators like Tier directly, improving safety and accessibility.
This integration is currently available in London, and we hope to expand the service to more cities in the near future. Learn more about the integration and how to access it yourself in our tutorial video below!
Partner With Lazarillo
Tier is among a growing number of businesses that have partnered with Lazarillo to improve accessibility and inclusion for people with disabilities. Lazarillo can provide businesses an easy way to make their facilities and services more accessible to people with disabilities by making accessible virtual maps of indoor and outdoor locations that can be explored using the Lazarillo app, as well as a host of other customizable services.
Micromobility operators can implement similar integrations by partnering with Lazarillo, giving people with disabilities access to information about parking locations, making it easier to report an issue, and more.

About Lazarillo
Lazarillo is a startup focused on making a social impact by creating technologies that promote inclusion and accessibility in cities and private entities. Lazarillo has created the free app LazarilloApp – available for download on Android and iOS – which makes it easier for companies and public entities to link their information in an accessible format, geolocate specific locations, and integrate communication channels, so that people with disabilities can more easily access information and navigate through indoor and outdoor spaces.
